Summary:碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 機電光工程研究所碩士班 === 102 === The case of rapid prototyping (Rapid Prototyping) are not required to use any tool and model, through computer-aided design (CAD) to design out the use of 3D graphics directly stacked layer by layer to create a technology 3D entities, in recent years, the demand for fast and low-cost product development, since the advent of the first rapid prototyping machine, significantly shorten the development cycle of new products. Its mainly used in recognition, assembly and testing, reviewing and functional testing. Rapid prototyping is widely used in the industry, however, most often because the RP computer operating system crashes and nozzle blockage caused by a fault, so in order to improve this situation, this study uses double double feed control system, not only can reduce the processing of finished material defects caused by the transformation, earmarked for processing platform heated ceramic plate delaying premature cooling influence of finished materials combined degrees, Combined with touch screen display with a full color display LCD human interface.
