There is an inseparable correlation between the office environment, the equipment, and the office staff. Therefore, an office with a healthy environment is rather important for the office staff. Creating a healthy, safe environment for work is one goal that all enterprises and organizations strive to achieve. This study aims to understand the current conditions of, the degree of satisfaction towards, and the differences in factors influencing the health facilities in architecture firms. The research results shall provide reference for architecture firms to conduct planning and implement improvements in the future. This study adopts the sampling method to survey a total of 400 people working in architecture firms in Taipei City and New Taipei City with the sample size amounting to 140 people. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for reliability of the overall scale is .95. The research results show that in terms of the degrees of satisfaction, social satisfaction ranks top 3.45, psychological satisfaction ranks second3.42, and physiological satisfaction ranks third3.36. Analyzing the degrees of satisfaction towards the environment, this study shows that a person’s religious belief exhibits a significant difference in the degree of physiological satisfaction. Job attributes exhibits a significant difference in degree of physiological and psychological satisfaction. The hours spent in architecture firms exhibit significant differences in the degree of physical, psychological, social, and overall satisfaction. Seniority exhibits significant differences in the degree of social satisfaction.
