The method of study uses the five major personality traits: Openness, Extraversion, Neuroticism, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness. Factors affecting consumer willingness participation in golf holidays aboard include "travel purposes", "travel expenses", "quality of holiday", "travel time", "travel companions" and " type of travel” i.e free and easy or tour guided holiday. These personality traits and factors are used to discuss their differences and analysis the willingness of consumer. The results of this study found that Neuroticism only to golf holidays aboard travel companions do not have significant differences, Openness for golf holiday aboard travel do not have significant differences. And demographic variables in the educational attainment of different personality and a willingness to golf holiday aboard travel have a differential impact.
