Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 商管專業學院碩士學位學程在職專班經營管理組 === 102 === The study investigates the organizational citizenship behavior from China and Taiwan high technology employees. The study is based on questionnaire, collected 138 valid sample from Taiwan and 130 from China. The methods of analysis include descriptive statistics analysis, T-test, variance analysis, and correlation analysis. Result of the analysis revealed that there is significant difference in organizational citizenship behavior between China and Taiwan employees. Also, the education degree of employees is with significant influence toward organizational citizenship behavior for both countries, especially for protecting company’s resources. According to the results of the study, it provides some managerial implications of human resource management for international firms that want to do business in the Great China area.
