Within the evolution of process technology, other main facts are efficiently supply chain management and strategies application of the organizations.
The purpose of this study is to research these facts which affect the decision making of the upper vender toward the manufacturer. Moreover, from chain members, we expect to find out the relationship between the personal values consideration and companies’ strategies of operation. The research aims at the long-term cooperation of DRAM manufacturers to be the sample by questionnaire investigation. There are 99 valid questionnaires in this work.
In the special environment of the DRAM industry, the venders and manufacturers both consider to maintain the long term profits and competiveness. Hence, the venders develop the particular operations, strategies and cooperation based on the fund sources, the time limit of development, and other factors. Therefore, according to these results, our research reveals that the different attitude to the patents between venders and manufacturers.
