Amongst the most prevalent of these diseases are included: Diabetes, Hypertension, high cholesterol and high blood sugar. These are the main risk factors, Healthcare Providers need to through Health Education, teach patients that self-care is very important in daily life. This research is the application of information technology to improve the traditional Diabetes patients Health Education. Development to a Diabetes patient self-care network system. Improve in district hospitals because the nursing workforce has insufficient space and time. Through the questionnaire survey method to Technology Acceptance Model for Healthcare Provider the system to acceptance evaluation. The results show Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness is a major influence on the Health Provider's attitude and intention to use the system. Which results with Davis et al.(1989) proposed the technology acceptance model is consistent. In district hospitals, Health Educator mostly aged over 40 years, and the health care seniority ranged between 11 to 30 years. Will make Diabetes patient increasing compliance for Health Education. Because that are depending on age closer and have more health care experience.
