We will introduce the manufacture processes and applications of these two sensor devices. The first sensor device is named Adjustable Focusing Ultrasonic Sensor Device that is made for the non-destruction inspection purpose. This sensor device uses the curve surface IPMC with SAW sensor on the end of cantilever beam and stick PVDF on the other end. For the feature of the IPMC curve surface and the curvature from the SAW sensor, we will obtain a sensor which has an adjustable focusing function to tune the focus of the ultrasonic. The second one is a Curvature Sensing Device that is made for the measuring eyeball blood tube difference. We also connect IPMC to SAW Sensor and having the feature of the adjustable focus. To detect a variable curve of eyeball blood tube by the change of the sensor focus, we can get the different curvature of the eyeball. The material physic feature of the IPMC through measuring IPMC experiment voltage, current will be introduced, and analysis the relation of the IPMC displacement and the electric charge is also the contribution of this paper.
