Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 102 === Modern image capture devices suffer from low dynamic range issue, which cause poor lightness contrast and less color fidelity. To promote the quality of images even in dim light scene, foggy weather or satellite image, a general method for image enhance processing based on Human Visual System (HVS) theory---Retinex algorithm in low visibility environment is presented in this paper. Although Multi-Scale Retinex (MSR) algorithm could simultaneously preserve color rendition and dynamic range compression, but if the input image exist color bias phenomenon, it might be more dramatic bias after MSR processing, so how to modify the color tone is one of the most important topic for Retinex theory. In order to overcome the tone problem, we propose an adaptive environmental field simulation algorithm based on Integrated Multi-Scale Retinex (IMSR) with tone compensation method for color constancy and better dynamic compression.
