Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系暨研究所 === 102 === An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system integrates business resources, processes, and information systems in the organization to optimize resource utilization. A self-developed ERP system provides an organization more flexibility to cut costs, improve quality, quickly response to market changes, and reduce end users’ resistance. . This study incorporated user resistance into DeLone and McLean’s information success model to explore the factors influencing end users’ intention to adopt self-developed ERP systems. 500 questionnaires were distributed in June 2014 and 241 valid ones were collected. A series of data analyses including reliability analysis, validity analysis, Pearson correlation, regression analysis, and path analysis, revealed the following results: 1. The degree of self-development has a negative impact on end user's resistance. 2. The degree of self-development has positive impacts on system quality, information quality, and service quality. 3 Information quality, system quality, and service quality have positive impacts on end user's satisfaction of and intention to adopt a self- developed ERP system. 4 User's resistance has a negative impact on intention.
