The data was collected via internet and paper survey and it’s been recycled 270 valid questionnaires. This research analyzed by Partial Least Squares (PLS) to validate the hypotheses. The findings of this research are as follows: Benefit beliefs include cost advantages, focus on core competencies, access to specialized resources, quality improvements have significant impact on the overall perceived benefits of IT managers’ cloud migration adoption. Risk beliefs include performance risks, economic risks and strategic risks have significant impact on the overall perceived risks of IT managers’ cloud migration adoption. The overall perceived benefits and perceived risks of IT managers have significant impact to their intention of cloud migration adoption. The moderating effect of IT Managers’ internal locus of control to their perceived benefits and risks and the intention of cloud migration adoption is significant.
