Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 化學暨生物化學研究所 === 102 === This thesis describes the preparation, structures and properties of a series of zinc and copper coordination polymers and metallo-supramolecules from pyridine derivatives, N,N´-di(2´-pyridinyl)benzene-1,4-diamine(2PN) . The products were characterized spectral methods and their structures were further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analysis.
A series of zinc-based metalorganic frameworks {[Zn2(1,4-NDC)2 2PN)]•(DMF)2}n (1, 2PN = N,N´-di(2´-pyridinyl)benzene-1,4-diamine, 1,4-ndc = 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylate), {[Zn2(2,6-NDC)2(2PN)]•(H2O)2}n (2, 2,6-ndc = 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate), {[Zn(thdc)2(2PN)0.5]•(DMF)}n (3, thdc = 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylate) and {[Zn2(2PN)(cca)2]•(DMF)}n (4, cca = 4-carboxycinnamic acid) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions. The structures of the four products were constructed from paddle-wheel units, which were formed from two zinc ions, four carboxylates and two pyridines. Studies of CO2 uptake properties for compounds 1-4 are also discussed.
The second part of the thesis describes the preparation of a 1D coordination polymer, {(DPBD)2CuCl2•(DMAC)}n (5), which was assembled from ligand 2PN and copper chloride at 85 °C. During the reaction the ligand 2PN underwent CN coupling to afford dipyrido[1,2-a:1',2'-a']benzo-[1,2-d:4,5-d']diimidazole (DPBD), which is a new ligand.
