Summary:碩士 === 國防大學理工學院 === 化學工程碩士班 === 102 === This study investigated the crystal shape of nitroguanidine is changed from needle to spherical using cooling crystallization and solventing-out crystallization method, to enhance the powder bulk density, improving the fluidity mixing and processing, and explore crystal shape effecting on bulk density of nitroguanidine. Firstly, the different particle size and crystalline type of nitroguanidine were prepared by using stirring rate,temperature,antisolvent and other as operating parameters,. Secondly,the crystal surface and particle size of nitroguanidine were observed by electron microscopy, bulk density by Mil-Standrad, thermochemical by thermal analyzer analysis, impact sensitivity by drop hammer impact tester. Based on the experimental data, the spherical shaped nitroguanidine crystals with narrow particle size distribution could prepare by the solventing-out crystallization method , and their bulk density and impact sensitivity is better than that of needle shaped crystals.
