Therefore, we are destined to find a way out by concentrating on the senses of originality, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The cultural intention industry has become the main national developing plan in Taiwan, which adds originality to the traditional culture to promote economic development. In Miaoli county, whether it is the traditional cultural industry, such as Hakka culture, woodcarving and ceramics or the striking tong blossom festival joins the element of innovation to satisfy the needs of various customers and to upgrade the competition advantage in industries. However, the scales of the traditional industries are mostly micro-enterprises; accordingly, my study mainly investigates the key point that makes ceramics industries succeed by uniting cultural originality. My study is based on three dimensions which are the process of entrepreneurship, the motivation of entrepreneurship and the model of management. Besides, this study is based on qualitative research method by using interviews for data collection and I have deeper interviews with some certain superintendents to find out their motivation and the reason why they succeed in their business. I discover the pottery art in Jinntour and Chunan successfully transfer into new industries by extremely establishing their own brands and combining investigation, development, production and selling to master the needs of the market. The results of my study are as following: 1. All of the enterprisers who have strong attempts to start enterprises are driven by environmental elements. 2. The motivation of the enterprisers base on the attempt to protect their family, so they have strong self-adjust abilities to face difficulties in starting a new enterprise. Consequently, the enterprising spirit is the factor to reinforce the enterprise. 3. The models of innovation managements are unused management, promoting cultural ideas, asking for peculiarity of the products, establishing new brands, setting up good relationships with customers, coordinating with the policies of the government and the ability to surpass themselves.
