Government, enterprise, social organization all participant in this parade in order to try their best to protect the earth. Under this situation, the enterprise naturally become an mediator to take the pressure from everywhere. Pressure is not the only reason result in this situation. According to the research, enterprises who emphasize the environmental protection will help to improve their competitive advantage. So the green power is an important factor for enterprises.
In order to participant in this parade, there have several way for enterprises to do. One of the way is to proceed green innovation. The reason make enterprises to proceed green innovation can be separated into two group: (1) external pressure. (2) internal voluntary. So this research will integrate those reasons(like stakeholders, market thrust, relative regulations and the resources, strategies of the enterprises)into two theory by the past relative reference. One is Institutional Theory(come from external pressure), another is resource-based theory(come from internal resource). Through the survey and analysis of DEMATEL and AHP to find the reasons and relationships that influence the enterprises to proceed the green innovation. And also through the questionnaire survey to understand the processing condition of the green innovation.
According to the research results, expecting the enterprise to face the pressure and efficiently use the internal resource to proceed the green innovation, and furthermore to create the competitive advantage. If enterprise can obtain the balance between sustainability and innovation, will create the strong basis, However the environment change, enterprise can always get the Act as a leader in the industry. Besides, through the analysis of processing condition to establish the reference for enterprise’s improvement in the future. Finally, according to the research framework and results to propose the research contribution, managing implication and research suggestions for future.
