Phase change in the classification of water vapor in the frost on the cold wall is common in the field of refrigeration and cryogenic majority of research to this analysis. Copper plate surface is below zero degrees Celsius frost phenomenon, and adjust the environment dry and wet bulb temperature to observe the differences of different roughness of the surface of the heat transfer. The results show that higher surface hydrophobicity, its heat exchanging efficiency will be higher, and the same surface under different humidity, relative humidity the higher the lower the heat flux, and the impact of the changes in the value of the surface roughness is slightly larger than the relative humidity impact frosting.
