Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 先進能源碩士學位學程 === 101 === In this thesis, studies of manufacturing processes for H 2 electrode - supported cell as well as stack development for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) are presented. For the purpose of attaining higher stack power output, manufacturing of large-area plannar-cell is necessary. During the manufacturing/sintering of large-area cell, un-avoided deformation and bending problems will result in difficulty/ failure during stack assembly. In this study, optimum weightings on cell sintering are concluded to minimum deformation and bending problems. Accompanied with other SOFC components-sealing, interconnectors, endplate as well as as-prepared H2 electrode - supported cell, effects of operating temperature and structure variation on stack performance (one, three, and five units) are investigated.
