Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 101 === In recent years, the changes in Taiwan's industrial structure have resulted in serious severe industrial migration from Taiwan, especially the die making plastic injection industry, which has low technical threshold and high upstream and downstream dependence. The plastic injection parts are parts of other products, and are combined with other plastic parts, metal parts or electronic parts into complete products. Therefore, it is difficult to cultivate industrial independence, but rather rely on clients and suppliers for expanding the production base supply chain and creating more values. Therefore, how to build a competitive supply chain performance indicator model is an urgent issue of the industry.
The main purpose of this study is to create a methodology that can quantify the performance indicator for the supply chain operation management of die making plastic injection industry. This paper attempts to use a case study of D company based on SCOR. The objectives of this study are as follows:
1. To analyze the supply chain activity of the industry.
2. To establish supply chain reengineering and to obtain improvement method.
3. To quantify the performance indicator and to set objective.
4. To propose suggestions on future direction of improvement on supply chain management, and incorporate those suggestions into the strategic objective of enterprises, so that the enterprises can achieve better supply chain management performance.
