New ventures which were invested or evaluated by a well-known venture capital firm K are selected as cases for the study. We have used The New Venture Template as the basic model to locate those selected new ventures for a proper entrepreneurial patterns. However, some entrepreneurial patterns provided by the model did not fully comply with all cases. We, therefore, proposed and created new model patterns and definition as a complement of New Venture Template.
