Internet provides new-era information and brand-new service. In addition, various platforms have mushroomed rapidly. In the new internet world, more and more unique, novel, social situations are emerging.   The diversity and anonymity internet make people get information easily that they construct new set of relationships, contact people in totally new ways. This new and harmless freedom liberates people from traditional ethical and social concepts. They can live a different self, towards unthinkable lives.   This study discusses the differences of the individual personalities in the real and virtual life through paper and online survey questionnaires. We would like to distinguish the different personalities of the same person in reality and virtual worlds.   The conclusions of this study are as follows:  1. Overall, different personality phenomena in the real and virtual world did exist.  2. Different personal backgrounds and environments influence individuals to have different emotional quotient, values and self-esteem.
