| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 101 === Environment continues to change, the problems faced by the enterprise have become increasingly complex, this requirement, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system has become the most basic needs of the enterprise ERP system vendor selectionencounter some difficulties, as a result of too many uncertain factors, resulting in considering the incompleteness or decision-makers have different experience, different considerations for decision-making.
The purpose of this study is to propose a system ERP system vendor selection decision-making mode, so that decision-makers during the system vendor selection, carried out in this mode, the vendor selection, this research through the integration of the literature and expert opinion, use purple decision-making structure architecture model and use AHP method factor weights calculated according to the weight fraction calculated score obtained ERP vendors rated for vendor selection.
