Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 101 === Due to increasing degree of complexity of enterprise structure, the interaction and relationship between members are also changing. However, to maintain competitive advantage, every enterprise is after superior interactions and communicating skills among its members. Utilizing specific concepts of conflict management, this research aims to find out a suitable tool to describe the impacts on organizational changes and maintain its competitive advantage under the methods of case study. The Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) was chosen to evaluate the conflict behavior between project team members in the case, to observe the deadlocks occurred in what kinds of combinations of conflict modes, and to break the deadlocks. The results of this study stated that conflict is a dynamic process, when one side perceives that the other has different concerns, the conflict modes they chose may influence the outcome of project going into deadlock or remaining in progress. The application of the combinations of conflict modes enables enterprise to plan and prepare ahead while working on the project, and conflict mode combination method may define the conflict-handling mode of two units and with figures may help explain the interactions. This makes Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument a systematic and effectively tool for project operation and management.
