Through observation, we came to the elementary school to observe the students’ learning effect under case method. We found that case method can enhance students’ learning motivation, and train students observation sensitivity and insight to the living things around, and the teacher is more easier to notice the students’ learning condition, making teacher timely to ensure the degree of the students' comprehension, and also timely to conduct the accidental learning.
At last, the research based on the value, which provided by case method in elementary education, to be the value proposition to develop a new education business, and further develop the possible business model. For business model, through the interview with 力翰文創, we realize the practice that how this company integrate external resources and utilize the internal resources, and we view the business model of this company as our basis to develop new education business. And after we use RBV to analyze the core capabilities and resources of this new business model, we consider that under the first-mover advantage, and the implementations of bundle the product and service, the design of seeded teacher and case selling platform etc., it can generate virtuous circle and create temporary advantage for the education business. Whether it can create sustained competitive advantage is depending on whether the business sufficient utilize the first-mover advantage and indeed perform the design of business model.
