Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 化學工程與材料科學學系 === 101 === In this study, PTFE/Nafion/Pt-SiO2 composite membranes were prepared by spraying of Pt-SiO2 particles on PTFE/Nafion composite membranes. The composite membranes with Pt-SiO2 particles deposited either on the anode side or on the cathode side were investigated under different temperatures (80℃ & 95℃) with H2/O2 different relative humidities (100%、60% & 30% RH). The Pt particles blended in the membranes promotes the conversion of oxygen and hydrogen gas permating in the membrane to form water to humidify the membrane. The single cell test at H2/O2 reacting gases, revealed that coating Pt-SiO2 particles in the membrane closing to anode side can effectively improve. In single cell temperature 95℃ and different of humidity reaction gas, Pt-SiO2 particles in the membrane closing to Cathode side can effectively improve and stable the ohmic polarization.
