To face the low profit and strong competition, business management is like rowing upstream, not to advance is to drop back. In order to make the company operate smoothly,in a period of time, to changes organization to enhance the competitiveness is necessary. In order to build a more complete organization and establish an overseas factory, business process improvement is necessary to expand its business territory. By studying this case and list the unreasonable conditions on procedure and operation, we hope to offer business process improvement plan to help the company to make good decision. This company get the market share in a very short time,and try to expand the applications of synthetic paper of traditional printing market in Asia. It also attempts to develop the market of global digital printing of synthetic paper by cross-industry alliance with large paper companies and equipment manufacturers. And in the future, it hopes to develop new product by coordinate with various printing equipments. If the company can survive and keep on developing rely on brand awareness and good management. We can see the rapid growth and the future demand to set up international organization, the company must make up rationalized management by process improvement and integration, so the company can continue to operate sophisticated and breakthrough the bound for the next higher level. Hoped that the results of this study, based on a variety of visible or invisible issue,can offer good reference to the management to carry out organization change in response to conduct international expansion.
