For insurance companies, it’s created the service and messaging platform with new technology. The information is more immediate, relate to lives, and customization on cloud service platform. The policyholders can get more contact and relate to life insurance companies in daily life by providing different information, and extends all types of marketing activities. It’s continuous innovation for cloud mobile insurance services. For insurance companies, it must move toward a seamless digital service to save customers’ time and salesmen’s schedule. To find the real needs of the customer and to provide the new thing service with customer’s view. It’s provided customers omnipresent services by using innovative digital technology and then more human resource can focus on the relation to policyholders, keep optimize the quality of service, spontaneous find the policyholders’ request, provide accurate and deepened services immediately let policyholders have a new service experience. The whole of the insurance industry in the cloud services platform development is still in operation stage is not perfect, there are still some risks and insufficient and follow the law is the primary attention issue for engage in any insurance activities. However, if every insurance salesman and the insurance company can fully utilize cloud services platform, continuous innovation and development, so full of M(Mobility) in improving service quality, and not only win in the fierce competitive environment but also be able to bring new results. Finally, it can bring insurance companies, insurance agents, insurance customers with good win-win situation. This research investigate that the possible changes with cloud mobile insurance services platform which is the insurance company is currently actively promoting. Etta Y. I.
