碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === ABSTRACT After 2008, the global financial market has been experiencing a very painful period, the main reason is the huge amount of the credit loss caused by U.S. sub-prime mortgage default. The crisis has spread to the economy for a very long period of time. The real cause is that investment bank sold the complex and innovative structure note to every level of investors around the world. As the housing bubble burst, it turned into crisis. On the other hand, many client complain cases against the bank because of the bankers or investment advisors aren't professional, the inappropriate incentive scheme, loose financial monitoring system. And it really change the whole financial environment. This research try to analyze the cause and impact of financial crisis; also exam the improvement of the monitoring system. It also explore in detail the incentive scheme of the investment advisor and financial monitoring system for Taiwan after the financial crisis based on the New Basel Accord and improved monitoring system.
