From the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS) of Executive Yuan’s data show that the existing registration number of the transportation and warehousing industry progressively decreasing. Let people to care for set up the logistics company, how to stable the position、to continue cooperation with the customer、 to obtain highly profit or to exploit new customer? Logistics company will to be in the face of these big problem. In this study, we used the importance of analysis and analytic hierarchy process for the analysis of Key successful factors, and the results obtained, to understand the current "A logistics company" to the problems faced, will be required to pay special attention to the following six points: (1) continue to improve services capacity (2) on-time delivery reliability (3) order processing capabilities (4) logistics service quality (5) the Company''s financial condition (6) employee cohesion and mutual cooperation.
