Therefore, most of consumers doubt of the original products of safety. Because of this reason, they buy the imported food which is passed from strictly examination of C.I.Q. Otherwise, for the consumption level is upgrade recent years in China, people would like to choose healthy and nutritive food than before, so they are willing to spend more money to buy the healthy imported food overseas. Maxcable company, the establishment had more than 20 years long time in China. For the changed of China industrial structure, company want to extend business activities into disparate fields. Why the Chairman want to import Taiwan food to China is because he was born in Taiwan Yunlin and he awareness Taiwan agriculture is very popular and it’s will be best selling in China. Therefore, he decides to import Taiwan food into China and help the farmer to have new distribution channel. Company hold the spirit of healthy crossing the cable industry to food industry to satisfy customer’s desire. For the beginning of operation, company import the special agriculture and healthy food from Taiwan to share the beautiful Taiwan eating life with Chinese people. This proposal aims to have a new food department Taishianwu for Maxcable company. The first step to set up a new department is having a detail marketing research to understand and analyze the future trend and competitors. Then, analyzing what superiority does company have to start a new department. When company did all above those analyzing, it can be start to meditate a new business model. Because of Maxcable company have no experience to operate the traditional food industry before, therefore the beginning of operation would input more cost. However , it would have advantages for long-tern period because of the preferential terms and duties in China. According to the estimated financial report, Taishianwu should earn RMB8968 per day to reach the break-even. Going with the trend of the imported food in China. Taishianwu must start a new business model for Maxcable company successfully.
