The sample is drawn from the survey sent to the technological university’s DAFL alumni graduated from 2008 to 2011 school year, in which a total of 305 are included in the sample. Multiple regression technique is employed for hypothesis testing. The results show that: 1. Most alumni remain neutral on curriculum and job satisfaction and the average salary is NT$34,671; 2. 84% of alumni find the first job within three months after graduation; 3. 34% of alumni remain high level of job relevancy, 38% of alumni remain neutral level of job relevancy; 4.The duration of getting the first job is positively associated with curriculum satisfaction and alumni getting first job quickly are more satisfied with curriculum satisfaction; 5. Male alumni of two-year-program, with long working seniorities and high level of job relevancy have higher level of salary than female alumni’s of four-year-program; 6. Alumni who are more satisfied with school curriculum have higher job satisfaction; 7. The important factor that influences alumni job satisfaction is job characteristics; 8.Salary is the best predictor for DALF graduates’ labor market performance among all variables in the survey and the next is job satisfaction. All variables used in the survey can’t explain the variation of alumni curriculum satisfaction. Follow-up researchers can explore other possible factors which influence curriculum satisfaction. Based on the above results, some suggestions of this article could effectively provide for future development of DAFL of technological universities. Nyan-myau Lyau 廖年淼 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 56 zh-TW
