The sample is drawn from the survey sent to the technological university’s DAFL alumni graduated from 2008 to 2011 school year, in which a total of 305 are included in the sample. Multiple regression technique is employed for hypothesis testing. The results show that: 1. Male alumni of two-year-program, with long working seniorities and high level of job relevancy have higher level of salary than female alumni’s of four-year-program; 6. Alumni who are more satisfied with school curriculum have higher job satisfaction; 7. The important factor that influences alumni job satisfaction is job characteristics; 8.Salary is the best predictor for DALF graduates’ labor market performance among all variables in the survey and the next is job satisfaction.
