The samples were junior high school teachers engaging in the teacher evaluation in Tainan city and Chiayi county. It sent out 177 questionnaires. Data would be analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, ANOVA, Scheff&;eacute; Test,Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression. The conclusions were the following: 1. Before and after participating the teacher evaluation, teachers’teaching effectiveness were medium, and gradually increase turn upward tendency. 2. Before and after participating the teacher evaluation, teachers’teaching effectiveness was different from teaching service years and job position, but not influenced by gender, age, educational background, job position, school scale and school area. 3. Before and after participating the teacher evaluation, students’ learning achievements were medium-high, students’ learning achievement were medium, and gradually increase turn upward tendency. 4. Before and after participating the teacher evaluation, students’ learning achievement was different from school area, but not influenced by gender, age, educational background, teaching service years, job position and school scale. 5. Before and after participating the teacher evaluation, teachers teaching effectiveness were higher, students’ learning achievements were better. There are positive relationship between teachers teaching effectiveness and students’ learning achievement. 6. Before and after participating the teacher evaluation, teachers teaching effectiveness could predict students’ learning achievements and the prediction power was about 81%. According to the above results, this study propose suggestion the educational administration authority, junior high school, teachers and future research.
