Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to prepare a LED silicon packaging materials, focusing on the preparation of vinyl-polysiloxane resin (MMviQ Resin) as the reinforcement agent,which adds to the addition silicon rubber which product by vinyl polydimethyl siloxane (Vi-PDMS) as main component, self-modified hydrogen polydimethyl siloxane (H-PDMS) as a cross-linking agent, the Karstedt catalyst for the synthesis of silicon hydride addition liquid silicone rubber . It can enhance the mechanical properties and keeping light pass well. FTIR and 1H-NMR are uesd to Chemical structure analysis , GPC analysis to show the molecular weight of material. Using a universal tensile testing machine, UV-vis,ABBE refractometer, hardness test,to show the mechanical properties and the optical strength.
Vinyl groups successful connected to the MMviQ resin by FTIR, and it also seens vinyl group peak at the 5~6ppm by 1H-NMR. By GPC analysis MMviQ Resin The results show molecular weight is decrease when increase the M / Q mole ratio . Modified H-PDMS was successful Synthesized by FTIR and 1H-NMR proof it. VH1.5 has a better tensile strength before add MMviQ Resin and VH2+MMviQ-0.75 Series has the best tensile strength and hardness.VH2+M9M1viQ-0.9 has better light transmission and tensile strength. VH2+M9M1viQ-0.9 is the best property in the research. Refractive index Datas show that Refractive index Datas are about nD=1.41 for all Silicone Rubber.
