Even let the original security process lapse or affect other related designs and new risks may also be associated with these processes change, which led to the accident, casualties and property losses. The purpose of this study in order to avoid non-load the risks caused by process changes, thus endanger the safety and health of employees and the people or cause the loss of property, so process changes should improve the change management system. The methods of this study is collect relevant information on the change management, summarizing the sequence of the change management process and associated with the measures. Use the Joomla web design software with the MySQL database to set up a process management of change website that easy and practical. The results of this study is process management of change website as the multi-layer webpage, including the application process of the change case, the status inquiry of the change case, process data updates and the reference case. “The application process of the change case” is depending on the process and check the relevant safety and health impact assessment, when process changes. “The status inquiry of the change case” can check the progress and status of the change cases. “The reference case” is completion of change cases to archive as a reference case. Set up the process management of change website in this study is hoping to users can get thorough understanding after surfed and used. According to the survey results show the process management of change website overall satisfaction in the "satisfactory" standards.
