Although VE in Taiwan has become quite mature, but still rare in the literature to study how to use methods and techniques in the process. Not to mention to explore various stages methods and techniques from different human resources conditions. Therefore, the human resources of the public sector are not the same, how to application of Value Engineering in different human resources is always critical issue. This study aggregated for each stage of planning techniques in VE Job plan ,analysis of its properties and integration Pros and cons, and then separately different human resource(full of manpower, manpower shortage and extreme lack of manpower). According to the proposed use of the various stages of the proposed methods and techniques. Another also perform the required number of personnel from the complex degree of rating, in turn recommended the adoption of a small unit VE can be followed processes. The study results show,(1)in the full of manpower condition, Information phase can chose Matrix cost model and Forced Decision to determine the study scope, Creative phase are used Gordon Method, Conference method and TRIZ, Judgment phase can use Feasibility Assessment and Assessment Matrix method to carry out. (2) in manpower shortage condition Information phase can used Experience Method, Cost bar graph and Cost model analysis ,Creative phase are used Traditional and improved brainstorming, Disadvantage Listing Method ,Advantage Listing Method, Judgment phase are used Pros and Cons for selection of alternatives. (3) in extreme lack of manpower condition can used Cost bar graph and Cost model analysis to select the study scope, because Cost bar graph and Cost model analysis without consuming a lot of human resources, an used Cost bar only obtain information on the cost of the project can be carried out, If you want to modified the idea that can use improved brainstorming directly in the creative phase, Attribute Listing is determined by the reasons that is another choose in the creative phase, Compared to the feasibility assessment and evaluation matrix Pros and Cons method are simple approach in the Judgment phase, because that without the function perspective ,that judge the original design directly. none none 陳維東 蔡宗潔 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 68 zh-TW |
