The research employed the Scale of Experience, the Scale of experiential value and the Scale of loyalty, and selected tourists visiting Taiwan Times Village as subject. With a purposeful sampling method, a total of 400 questionnaires were delivered, with 398 effective copies returned; effective return rate was 99.5%. The study employed an array of descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe method and linear structural equation to undertake data processing, and the research results were as follow:1. Torists background: Females were of a majority, ages ranging from 21 to 30, most of them lived in central of Taiwan, most of them went with family members or relatives, most of them went there by cars, and most of them got the informations of Taiwan Times Village from friends. 2. Some of the background variants of tourists had reached a remarkable difference in experience, experiential value and loyalty. 3. The experience of the tourists’ at Taiwan Times Village had a positive and remarkable influence on experiential value. 4. The experiential value of the tourists’ at Taiwan Times Village had a positive and remarkable influence on loyalty. 5.
