Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 101 === In recent years, because the progress of semiconductor technology, so that the function of the digital signal processor and the calculation speed is more powerful and the price is cheaper, because digital control relative to analog control of the control law to realize the calculation more easily and more exactly, and therefore the Advanced motor controller design are usually use the Digital design. It needed to use the Real-Time Operating System (ROTSD) when implement the processor type''s control rules, but the Real-Time Operating Processing was not provided when used the windows operating platforms now. So if you want to verify the Real-Time controller, you need to change the operating platform when you designed the motor control laws in the windows operating platforms. Because the design and verification of motor control laws used by the different operating platform, so it usually need to spend much time to test and debug when the simulation and the actual results was different. Therefore, this paper hopes to structure a real-time motor control laws development system combined with complete hardware and software, and it can transform the designed modular program to the executable program, then the program can be Load, performed and return the Measurements. This paper will be constructed on the digital control panel (MD-DVP-KCB), and the target was to construct the development system of the Permanent Magnet AC Motor Controller, and achieve a development and verification platform for motor drive control.
