| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 101 === The paper mainly establishes an active monitoring device with designed curve slider table device equipped with wireless CCD monitoring mechanism. These made the monitoring device not only able to carry out fixed position image monitoring, but also can patrol between the specified zones. Captured images will be transmitted to the PC via radio-frequency signals. The monitoring device also imports PIR sensor to detect if there is someone breaking in, and to determine the alarm signal.
The monitoring device adopts PLC controller to trigger the mechanisms of actuator. The actuators were designed by using permanent magnet dc motor with the photo-encoder and two-phase stepping motor. Pursuant to these, the device can execute the “absolute position control”. The PC communicates with controller in Bluetooth signals, measuring the position and angle of the monitoring device to determine the current status of the device.
Establishment of operator’s interface, by which may determine the pixel value vector corresponding to the image center of screen while the mouse was clicked. The pixel value is multiplied by the correction factor; give the controller driving value to drive the mechanism horizontal motion and up-down rotation. Thus, let CCD monitoring device able to track the target properly. Consequently, we can shorten the time for targeting suspicious in emergency conditions, translate the target to the middle of HMI image and make sure the target won’t run out of image when operating variable focus CCD zoom in.
The design of active monitoring device is to complement the inadequate of fixed monitoring device and hope to capture the information or images in time before the safety problems happen.
