The study results show that the Tertiary or University selected out to be a representative thirty-five items, which are attached more than nine dimensions, then calculate the dimensions of this nine items with twenty-four the weights of which are helps the various Tertiary or University director of the information Center fit cloud service providers. The study results discovered that all Tertiary or University director of the Information Center In the selection of suppliers of cloud services are "security" and "technology" two dimensions.
