However in the profit-making period, it is important how to promote drawing quality, respond proprietor needs rapidly, control costs effectively and raise steel structure competition. From of that, the research confers steel drawings providers’ evaluation in from of points of view. First, through the bibliography comparison, completes five compose, interviewing experts and selecting twenty-eight stressed rules. It also uses each compose measures the values of rules, and designing and evaluation through expert questionnaire. The object of questionnaire is steel structure experts. Using Fuzzy Dephli builds the select rules on steel structure company for drawing providers. Following of that, using Fuzzy Analytic hierarchy process decides all rules to build up the evaluation method of drawing providers in order to investigate the difference of drawing between the steel structure constructors and providers’ evaluation. The research discovers that the evaluation of between steel structure constructors and steel structure providers is the value “Time” and “relation”, secondary “quality” and “technique”. From steel structure constructors’ examination drawings of providers’ items, it is the value of three “self-inspection”, “examination standard models” and “artificial neglect of following respond”.
