The web is the most common form of copyright infringement in the modern society. Hence, website infringement has become a serious issue we need to face. The images and content on website''s can easily be taken without the consent of the owner. The websites copyright infringement cases increasing recently. But it is difficult to determine what constitutes infringement for judges. In this paper, we try to use different methods to solve the problem of how to determine the websites infringement and to assist judges to judge whether website s copyright infringement or not. The experiment result shows that our method 6 with Pareto principle has better results with similarity software.
