The scanning electron microscope (SEM) indicated the flatness and uniformity of the film.The Raman peaks show at 288 cm-1and 338 cm-1 and the XRD show the very good crystalline phase at directions (112), (220) and (312). The near ideal rate of Cu: In: Sn: S (1.9:0.9:1:3.5) has been analyzed (ideal rate=1.8:1.2:1:4). All the results indicated that the CZTS thin films made by CBD method is the Kesterite structure that is very useful for the CZTS compound solar cells application.
