With the development of economic globalization by, the world’s capital markets interact more closely, listed overseas Taiwanese choose multiple locations have changed. The main focus of much of the market considering the degree of liquidity, market conditions less favorable degree, tax issues, listing costs, stock liquidity, liquidity, earnings ratio, information disclosure and whether you have a special statute or policy will limit the business. In this study, interviews were visited first, second, and three different domestic listed companies, by the practice of the operation in order to understand and implement regulations to be trimming the Department, in order to create a better quality of Taiwan''s financial environment.
