Owing to the need of nanotechnology and modern electronic industry, the synthes is methods maybe control the morphology and size of strontium titanate have started to attract the investigator’s attentions.If it is created as a nanostructure in crystal form, Because of the nanosize effect,a further increase in conversion efficiency can be achieved.Thus,this study attempts to synthesize SrTiO3 nanostructure.Our experimental design uses hydrothermal method to first grow TiO2 nanorods on top of the si/sio2/FTO substrates. Next we use RF sputtering to deposite strontium on the TiO2 nanorod surface.Through the heat treatment, we further dope strontium into the crystal structure of the titanium dioxide nanorods.We use XRD,FE-SEM and HR-TEM to analyze the nanorod compositon and the changes in phase structure.Our results are that TiO2 nanorods that undergo 800℃ of annealing have their nanorod surfaces change from TiO2 to SrTiO3 crystal form,forming SrTiO3/TiO2 composite nanorods. none none 馮志龍 曾永寬 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 63 zh-TW
