Due to the severe weather changes affecting water resources, water management is an unavoidable issue for governments all over the world. With the view of cost-efficiency, this research conducted a case study to analyze the keys to water management. First, the research examined the key factors to water leaks. Second, aimed to solve water leaks with a more eco-efficient view, a thorough case analysis on four mechanical practices was done, which led to a water leaking rate improvement by 9% in Guam. Finally, with the effects in Guam and predicted effects on Taiwan, the integration project is recommended to take to better help the improvement of water leaks in Taiwan. none 雷漢聲 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 65 zh-TW |
