First, this study classified all cross-border workers, and then by using the cross-border workers EWPS scale as major research tool, study the relationship among work performance &; three scales. After the test, the main results showed the following conditions: A. "Objective", "quality", "conflict-free" do have a significant relationship with the self-assessment performance, "Self-regulation" lose significant relationship because confounding factors. Different nature of the work would interfere the prediction of "target" dimension to the total self-rating performance. Different working field would interfere the prediction of the" Affinity" dimension to total self-assessment performance. B. "Target" and "social support" do have a significant relationship with differentiated service performance self-assessment, "quality" lose significant relationship because confounding factors. Work nature would interfere the prediction which made by "self-regulation" and "social support" to differentiated services self-assessment,. Different working field would interfere with the pro and dimensions for differentiated services self-assessment performance predictions. C. The "target", "quality", "conflict-free" and "self-regulation" do have a significant relationship with the pleasant atmosphere self-assessment, "target" and "conflict" lost significant relationship because of interfering factors. Different nature of the work would interfere with the prediction of "objective"."Social skills" and "no sense of rejection" to pleasant atmosphere self-assessment performance. Different field of the work would interference the prediction of "affinity" dimension to pleasant atmosphere of the pleasant atmosphere on service self-assessment.
