Summary: | 博士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系博士班 === 101 === To investigate the nature of organizational knowledge creation and the establishment of an integrated organizational structure of the knowledge innovation. Weather from Nonaka''s organizational knowledge innovation cycle perspective, or from the point of view of the general organizational knowledge innovation antecedent variables, none of each can explain the organization innovation completely from Polanyi’s hierarchy control rule and marginal control rule. For more complete explanation of the organizational innovation, we must integrate these two types of knowledge innovation perspective. We integrated the knowledge of innovation literatures from the philosophical theory, the theory of educational psychology and management theory. We also tested these integrated knowledge with the mold case--the product developing team of Apple Inc. and Largan Inc.
Through text analysis of the cases, we focused primarily found as follows: (1)The formation factors of 「organizational creative driving force」 and the relationship between elements, (2) The formation factors of 「innovation imperceptibly acquired」 and processes, (3) 「Organizational creative driving force」affects 「innovation imperceptibly acquired」processes, (4) The time effect of organizational persistent innovation. This study summary a organizational sustaining innovative structure, including the 「organizational creative driving force」and the 「innovation imperceptibly acquired」. These two kinds knowledge are the root of guiding organizational innovation. The 「organizational creative driving force」drives the process of 「innovation imperceptibly acquired」. The「innovation imperceptibly acquired」lead the process of「the formation of Knowledge innovation」to the interaction cycling of implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge. After the accumulative effect of time, it will reach the achievement of organizational persistent innovation. Main content will be discussed in detail in Chapter 4-6.
