Therefore, the market is still a very competitive market. With the intellectual property rights concept are common, the patent has been paid for higher attention gradually. The enterprises need to maintain their markets and technologies. The study is based on the patent database retrieval and patent analysis for bicycle handlebar patent research. After investigating effect of information will show the status of target technology development and predict the trend. The study focuses the information on the effect of enterprise R&;D strategy planning.
