The aimed of this research is to analyze the results of the data about the leadership style and how it effect to others, and then establish research hypothesis. Firstly, the researchers discuss the studies of the impaction between leadership style and the team or personal performance. Secondly, according to the scholars from abroad, the results of their paper analyzed the data, and build up the research hypothesis. Finally, use the survey and questionnaire as a tool and evidence. After design the questionnaires, I set up the target survey group in a branch of the company. According to the different positions, I gave them different questionnaires, and then I analysis the data of the questionnaire as a major source of the research data. According to the analysis that I got from the questionnaires, I had prove the results of the statistics, these are what I had discovered: 1. Through this research analysis “Compassionate type competent leadership”: this leadership style has great impact of the inspiration of the working spirit, because they give great support of their employees. Therefore, the more support they give, the better job their employees will perform. The conclusions of the study data will directly affect to work morale. 2. According to the analysis of the research about “Compassionate type competent leadership” and the “structure leadership”, there are different impacts of the performance, but it does not mean the leadership styles are not good for individual performance. It will depend on the subject to the company''s industry, and the system of bonuses and benefits. According to the results of our research from the analysis of questionnaires, I had discovered: 1. “The compassionate leadership style” has a significant positive impact on morale, it is recommended that company managers to make use of this style of leadership, to rise up morale. 2. It is recommended that subsequent researchers, gathering reference literature data from abroad. To interview the head of the company or leader in the teams, to find out how their leadership style has brought the influence of each individual, and then digger in the research by getting more evidences.
