These markets developing rapidly that the industry of optical components are growing up together. In order to hold a place in the quickly-developing markets, products with stable quality and high reliability are more aggressive. However, understanding failure and quality feature needs lots of time and money. Because of this, the purpose of this study is to reduce time effectively using method with accelerating life test and with Arrhenius mode. When the severe surroundings is about 80℃ stress condition, the acceleration rate is be about 17 times, the activation energy is 0.46EV, and the lifetime at general temperature (25℃) is 5372.6 hours.
