To search for related characteristics on specific upgrading students and employment intended students to enhance and assist on teaching from instructors. This search helps on appropriate subjects or courses design and comply with the needs for the students, and allows upgrading students to enhance the performance of exam on related subjects more efficiently before they graduated. Through this search, it also helps to plan for improvement on practical techniques for employment intended students comprehensively. This search prevents the losses of interests on learning and inappropriate course design result from the learning difficulties of students who have been instructed from traditional courses design. C5.0 Decision Tree to find out through vocational graduates in the school''s academic performance and education or immediate employment after graduation rules. The use of Classification and Regression Trees identify vocational graduates in the academic performance in school and immediate employment after graduation studies or classification. Via Backpropagation Neural Network approach intention to build predictive models. Finally use the confusion matrix, performance evaluation and verification, and confirm with the understanding of the research model in practice and significance of the contribution. After analyzing and comparing the results with related classroom teachers to discuss, to confirm the effectiveness and practicality of this research, and applied to vocational students in school counseling assistance related subjects.
